Check your campus move-in instructions
Students at Georgia Tech, Georgia State, Emory and other Atlanta-area schools should check their own housing instructions. Confirm whether outside movers can enter, where trucks may load and whether there is a timed arrival window. We are an independent moving company, not affiliated with or endorsed by any university.
Pack for the room you actually have
Check dorm furniture and appliance rules before loading a bed, desk or refrigerator. Pack sealed, labeled boxes and keep identification, laptop, medications and valuables with you. Confirm elevator availability and the floor at both pickup and destination.
Student apartments and storage stops
Tell us whether you are moving between apartments, going to storage or adding a stop before campus. Additional stops are $25 each. First- and second-floor stairs are included; third floor and above involving stairs adds a flat $50. Fuel includes the first 20 miles from your starting location, then $1 per additional mile.
Budget using the standard moving packages
Our two-mover and 16-ft truck package starts at $300 for the first two hours, then $120 per additional hour. There is no advertised student discount or guaranteed two-hour completion. Summer and month-end move-in dates can be busy; request your date early and confirm the quote before paying the $35 non-refundable booking deposit.

- Request a quote with the campus address, housing access rules, move-in time and inventory. Campus permission and crew availability must be confirmed; we have no university affiliation.
- Is there a student moving discount?
- No student discount is advertised. The standard two-mover package is $300 for the first two hours, then $120 per extra hour, with applicable published extras.
- Can we stop at a storage unit?
- Include the storage address and access hours in your request. An additional stop is $25, and loading, unloading and waiting time are part of the hourly job.
